Sublimated Clothing
Dye sublimation printing is used for polo shirts, rugby shirts, t-shirts and other clothing apparel in order to create truly bespoke clothing. Dye sublimation printing produces a photo-realistic images "printed" onto the fabric. You will have seen all the Guinness Premiership Rugby Teams have been wearing sublimated clothing for a number of years now, as well as other sports such as football, cricket and cycling to mention a few.
This process is achieved by printing onto paper and then transferring the dye on the paper to the fabric through a heat process. It does sound very much like the old iron-on transfers that most of us would have seen in the past that feel rubbery and start to crack and peel after the first wash, but we can assure you it is not. Our sublimated clothing uses true "dyes" and therefore all you can feel is the fabric itself. The dyes are fused directly to the surface of the fabric and so the garment will remain soft to touch.
There is no limitation in the use of colours and designs, from photo-realistic logo printing to full multi-colour and gradient colours printing you can now be as creative as you wish, and get superb, stunning results in a custom clothing design that will be truly unique.
No longer will you have to pay setup charges for embroidery jacquards, or screen charges for printing. As long as all designs and logos are supplied in a high enough resolution - 300dpi and above is preferred - then we can give you one price for the shirt and design without any hidden extras.
Minimum orders start from 10-15 shirts, and you can add up to 4 logos and numbers in one location. We normally deliver within 5-6 weeks from receipt of orders. If you do have an urgent requirement we can sometimes turn orders around a lot quicker.
